Kindly note that if you are not satisfied with your nails, kindly let us know before making a payment. We are willing to make necessary adjustments or remove any enhancements or coatings that may have been applied to meet your satisfaction. Please be informed that after leaving the salon, refunds are NOT permissible.
Scheduled appointments will be given 10 minute grace period. We will consider all late appointments as walk-ins. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause other clients to be late for their commitments.

They are available to purchase in person. All gift certificates expire within 6 months of purchase and are not subject to refunds, cash value, or extensions. We are not liable for any lost or damaged cards, and tampered cards are automatically void. For redemption, gift cards must be presented at the time of service.
As each appointment is reserved, we kindly request a courtesy phone call if you are unable to make it or running late. When rescheduling or canceling, a 24-hour notice is required. Failure to appear is unacceptable and we will not schedule future appointments with you.
